Working at Teach For Uzbekistan
We are a nonprofit: every role — recruitment and selection, training and support, operations, fundraising and communications, regional coordination — exists to put strong teachers in the schools that need them most and to support them for two years. The team is small, decisions are quick, and the work is measured by what changes for students.
