Before requiring something from my students, I want to be a living example myself. I want to plant in their minds the belief that “Yes, it can be done”.
You must win a student’s heart, and only then nurture a love for the subject. When children feel supported, they begin to see both their studies and themselves differently.
Through Teach For Uzbekistan I began striving toward greater goals. The program helped me identify the most important thing: my mission in life.
It is always difficult to be among the first to walk a new path. What motivated us was the opportunity to give schoolchildren useful, high-quality knowledge.
The program gave me so much: priceless colleagues, beloved students, and an experience that could not be found anywhere else.
