Advancing education and international cooperation

Saida Mirziyoyeva met with Wendy Kopp, founder of the global Teach For All network, which brings together organizations working to expand educational opportunities and develop leadership in education.

One of the key topics of the meeting was the development of education in Central Asia. The parties discussed the region’s progress in education and women’s empowerment, as well as opportunities to share the experience gained in Central Asia beyond the region.

The work of Teach For Uzbekistan, which became part of the Teach For All global network last year, was also highlighted. Today, the program brings together young professionals with leadership potential and supports them in working in schools across Uzbekistan’s regions and contributing to greater educational opportunities for children.

Being part of the Teach For All network enables Teach For Uzbekistan to exchange experience with partner organizations in different countries and contribute to a global community focused on leadership in education and long-term change.
